Key Account Manager II

Full Time - Texas

You will develop and build strategic relationships with key regional & national brands. Your goals will be around driving incremental revenue, delivering new product solutions and ensuring a seamless experience for our top Partners.

This person can, and has, executed winning sales process efficiency, sales results, strategic guidance and direction to Partners, and ultimately created relationships internally and externally to deliver the best experience our Merchant Partners deserve on both our marketplace and last mile product. Highly analytical, this role requires someone who can bridge the gaps between managing revenue to providing solutions for continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners by highlighting the value and return of the Favor Merchant Program through relevant data insights. 
  • Guide partnerships through both our marketplace and our last mile products & services and troubleshoot client questions & requests in a timely manner.
  • Identify and close cross-sell opportunities for partners. 
  • Partner closely with the sales, content & engineering teams to ensure new clients are on-boarded efficiently for both our marketplace and last mile business.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Content teams to manage promotional opportunities for our marketplace business. 
  • Achieve and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. 
  • Demonstrate strong cross team communication across the organization.
  • Maintain an expert understanding of all product lines & technical partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience. 
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales and marketing (enterprise preferred). 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and Salesforce. 
  • World class written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking skills with both book and people smarts.
  • Professional demeanor and approach. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong technical acumen. 
  • Team first mentality.
