Manager, CRM Promotions

Full Time - Texas or Remote

The Manager, CRM Promotions will be responsible for owning campaigns to build cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, increase frequency, and drive LTV for customers in Favors’ 140+ cities. You will be able to balance marketing, analytics, and program execution in our fast-paced, highly reactive environment. This is a unique opportunity to do much more than traditional CRM, and because of that you will have an immediate impact on the success of Favor’s marketing.  

We are looking for a strategic marketer with a strong technical and data analytics backbone to own the promotional calendar for customers. These programs will be optimized to drive conversions, engagement and frequency. You will work with the Product, Business Analytics, Content and Creative teams to identify opportunities and create new strategies. A strong background in data, reporting, email + push marketing and experience working with technical teams and marketing operations are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bi-monthly campaign and content planning process working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with cross-channel marketing calendars.
  • Develop and oversee segmentation strategies and personalized marketing programs designed to influence business KPIs. 
  • Own A/B testing agenda for promotional calendar for customers to drive positive segment migration, revenue and LTV. 
  • Unlock personalization and recommendations to increase LTV through cross-sell and upsell. 
  • Lead the development, analysis and optimization of frequency marketing campaigns, which includes segmentation, personalization, and promotional strategies.
  • Recommend segmentation, targeting, and personalization tactics to improve response and conversion, while maximizing marketing ROI.
  • Manage competing projects diligently and collaborate with the team to prioritize needle-moving programs.
  • Build hyper-targeted customer segments, execute automations, and map out customer journeys that drive engagement and orders.
  • Focus intensely on quantitative analysis and analytics: Dashboards, Reporting, & Insights  to drive actionable decisions to grow the business. 
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure we are aligned on CRM business needs and upcoming product improvements. 
  • Use 3rd party CRM & analytic tools to track and report on the success of campaigns. 
  • Balance the operational complexities of our on-demand business, including over-communicating cross-functionally and formulating a number of campaigns/strategies to address all possible business scenarios.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. 
  • 5+ years of marketing or CRM experience. 
  • 2+ years of experience managing people. 
  • Experience implementing CRM and automation programs and processes is an absolute must. 
  • Experience implementing personalization is a plus.
  • Heavy experience with CRM tools related to campaign management, email, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc. 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to manage numerous programs and projects simultaneously, managing timelines and resources effectively to hit deadlines and protect customer experience in a cross-functional setting.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Experience working in a marketplace business is a plus.
  • Experience in technology / consumer apps is a plus. 
  • Ability to monitor, interpret, and report on data to help build cohesive marketing programs. 
  • Extremely strong written and communicative skills.
