Product Manager, Marketplace Balance

Full Time - Texas or Remote

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help Favor grow to become a household name in Texas and beyond. As the Marketplace Balance Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating features within our mobile apps and internal tools that enable us to shape supply and demand — and ultimately create the best delivery service for our Runners, consumers, and merchants. To succeed in this role, you must cultivate a deep understanding of and empathy towards our users; use data to identify, analyze and solve complex problems; and be skilled in collaborating with team members of various disciplines.


  • Partner with stakeholders and executives to define high-level goals for major product initiatives shaping supply and demand.
  • Work with operations and business analytics to define product goals, metrics, and experiments.
  • Provide UX designers with the context and feedback that they need to create delightful user experiences that improve our marketplace.
  • Lead the marketplace balance squad throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the right problems are prioritized, they’re being solved in the best way possible, and the entire squad has a shared understanding of the behavioral specifications.
  • Prepare the organization for change with product marketing and support resources.
  • Communicate constantly and effectively to all levels of the company to ease concerns and gather feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally with 2+ years focused on B2C mobile apps.
  • Deeply analytical, with expertise in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
  • Technical experience is not required, but you must have at least a basic understanding of client and backend development.

  • Loves great products. You are excited by thoughtful design and you appreciate attention to detail and fine craft. 
  • Confident but humble. You’re able to make decisions with the wisdom to change course as soon as needed. Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals without drama.
