All beef ribs are sliced individually and weighed at the time of ordering. We are not able to pick and choose the amount of meat on individual ribs. Each rib averages between 1/2 lb to 3/4 lb. When ordering, customers should be prepared to pay for up to 3/4 lb, $36 per rib
