Refried beans, traditional taco meat, queso, jack cheese, roasted chiles, guacamole, onions, fresh jalapenos and cilantro.

Pan - Enchiladas

Boom-boom, Tex-Mex, sour cream chicken or stacked avocado chicken. Rolled enchiladas are cut in half (yielding 24 pieces) stacked enchiladas are cut in squares (12-15 pieces).

Pan - Taquitos

Flour tortillas rolled tight and filled with grilled chicken fajitas, jack cheese, green onions and green chiles, fried crisp and then cut in halves - 1 dozen will give you 24 pieces. Bella Blanca salsa on the side for dipping.
