Tequilas Short Ribs
Grilled short ribs, served with charro beans and Mexican potatoes mixed with grilled onions and bell pepper. Garnished with a bed of lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, a spring onion, and toreado.
Chimichanga Dinner
Deep-fried burrito filled with grilled bell peppers, onions, mixed cheese, and choice of asada or chicken fajita. Topped with queso sauce and garnished with guacamole and tomatoes on a bed of lettuce.

Grilled quesadilla filled with cheese and choice of asada or chicken fajita. Garnished with a side of sour cream, pico, and guacamole on a bed of lettuce.

Beef patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Served with French fries.

3 pieces. Pork tamales topped with chili sauce and mixed cheese. Garnished with pico on a bed of lettuce.
Pancho Villa
One pork tamale with chili sauce, one chicken enchilada with sour cream sauce, and one beef taco topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and mixed cheese.
Zapata
