Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Grilled marinated chicken breast, topped with mozzarella cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and served on a bun.

Patty Melt Sandwich

Sliced smoked brisket or turkey smothered in cheese and purple onions and grilled between two slices of rye bread, Texas toast.

Texas Club Sandwich

Any smoked meat, bacon, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce between Texas toast.

Hamburger (1/2 Lb)

Burgers are 1/2 pound, cooked medium served with mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and pickles.

Chill Burger

Served open and topped with chili, cheese, and diced onions.
