Lobster Roll Sandwich

Lobster Roll made in the Maine style. Chilled lobster meat is mixed with a house mayo dressing made from Hellmann's mayonnaise and garlic butter seasonings. The lobster meat is lightly dressed so that the taste of the sweet lobster meat is prominent. The dressed lobster meat is stuffed into a warm toasted buttery brioche hot dog bun and served with Cajun fries.
