Ground beef or shredded chicken one iceberg and romaine mix, tomato, mixed cheese, sour cream and refried beans inside a taco shell. With choice of dressing on the side. Does not come with sides. Also available without shell.

Marinated fajitas. Served with guacamole and choice of homemade tortillas. Pico de gallo available upon request.
Lunch Pollo Loco (3)
3 pieces. Marinated grilled chicken breast, cacique cheese and mild jalapeños wrapped in bacon, on a bed of grilled onions. Served with guacamole and choice of homemade tortillas. Pico de gallo available upon request.
Shrimp Diablos Lunch
Three jumbo shrimp paired with melted cheese and jalapeños, wrapped in bacon. Served on a bed of grilled onions with guacamole and choice of homemade tortillas.
Tampiqueña Lunch
Marinated fajita and one cheese enchilada topped with choice of queso, salsa or gravy and served with pico de gallo, guacamole and choice of homemade tortillas.
Cowboy Special Lunch
Two cheese, pulled pork, ground beef, or shredded chicken enchiladas topped with gravy and American cheese and served with a cheese puff and a ground taco.
La Tapatia Lunch
One homemade tamale (pulled pork) with choice of queso, salsa or gravy. One enchilada (cheese, ground beef or shredded chicken) topped with choice of queso, salsa or gravy. Ground beef crispy taco and a cheese puff, only comes with rice.
Tacos al Carbón Lunch
Two grilled fajita beef or chicken tacos in homemade flour tortillas. Served with cheese puff, pico de gallo and guacamole.
Tex-Mex Burrito Lunch

Large deep-fried flour tortilla stuffed with pulled pork, ground beef, or shredded chicken. Served with a cheese puff, sour cream, and guacamole. Top it off with queso, salsa, or gravy.

Monterey jack cheese melted in large flour tortilla served with guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream and choice of meat. Does not come with sides.
