Poquito Flaquities

Select one of each or two of the same: chicken flaquities (chicken tenders, tomato, jalapeño, cheese, and onion in flour tortilla) or veggie flaquities (whole black and pinto beans, spinach, southwest corn, and cheese in flour tortillas). Served with queso, guacamole, and ranch for dipping.

Avocado Salsa and Chips

Spicy. Vegetarian. A simple salsa combining avocado, cilantro, onion, garlic, and spices.

Botana Sampler

Choose queso or queso especial served with loaded jalapeños, beans, cheese nachos, and chicken flaquities. Served with ranch dressing and pickled jalapeños.

Loaded Jalapeños

Spicy. Jalapeños breaded and cooked to a golden brown, then topped with queso, bacon, and cilantro. Served with ranch dressing for dipping.

Mini Stuffed Avocados

Spicy. Four fried, cracker crumb breaded mini avocados stuffed with spiced chicken and cheese. Served with chipotle, suiza, and queso for dipping.

Shrimp Diablo

Spicy. Four jumbo shrimp wrapped in applewood smoked bacon and stuffed with a jalapeño. Served with habañero jelly.
