Delivering More Fundraising Program Terms

Program Overview

  • Favor is providing a fundraising opportunity exclusively for public elementary schools located in Favor’s delivery markets across Texas.
  • Each participating school will receive a unique, one-time use promo code for their community to use in the Favor app.
  • When a customer enters the promo code on their first Favor order and places orders during the campaign window, 15% of their total order value (including markup) will be donated to the school’s PTA, up to a maximum of $1,000.
  • The fundraising campaign will run for up to two months per school between September 5, 2025 and October 31, 2025, with exact dates determined during onboarding.

Favor responsibilities

  • Provide a custom promo code for the school to use in promotion of the fundraiser.
  • Supply digital and physical marketing assets upon request to help promote the fundraiser (e.g., social graphics, flyers, yard sign templates).
  • Enable automatic tracking of orders using the school’s promo code.
  • Calculate and issue the final donation amount by December 31, 2025, based on total eligible order value.
  • Send in-app and email reminders to participating customers who have activated the promo code.

School organization responsibilities

  • Promoting the fundraiser to its school community during the campaign window using provided assets.
  • Provide the following information during onboarding:
    • Logo(s) and branding preferences
    • Approved school/PTA naming conventions for marketing
    • Use Favor’s marketing assets solely for promoting this fundraising program
  • Share screenshots or photos of any promotional materials used during the fundraiser (e.g., social posts, flyers, yard signs) to help Favor track program engagement and marketing efforts.

Promo code & donation terms

  • The promo code may only be used once per customer to activate participation in the fundraiser.
  • Only orders placed within the school’s confirmed fundraising dates will count toward the donation.
  • Donations are calculated on the total order value of eligible orders.
  • Favor will issue a single donation payment to the school’s PTA in the form of a check or electronic transfer by Dec 31, 2025.
  • Organization must submit completed vendor form and W-9 no later than Aug 31, 2025 to ensure donation payment by EOY.

Miscellaneous terms

  • Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this program, the school and its representatives agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Limitation of Liability: Favor isn’t liable for indirect damages. The school holds Favor harmless from third-party claims related to this program.
  • Intellectual Property: The school must use Favor’s trademarks exactly as provided, only for this fundraiser. All rights remain with Favor.
  • Program Termination and Modification: Favor can modify or end this program anytime, for any reason, with notice to the school.
  • Promo Code and Donation Restrictions: Favor solely decides which orders are eligible. Program misuse may result in forfeiture of the donation.
  • Disclaimer of Warranties: Favor provides the program “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.
  • Force Majeure: Favor isn’t responsible for delays due to events beyond its control.
  • Tax Disclaimer: Favor provides no tax advice. The school must consult its own tax advisors regarding the program and its donation.
  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Texas law. Any legal action will be in Austin, Texas courts.
