How do I report a problem with or return my Favor?

If there is a problem with your in-progress Favor, you can contact your Runner directly through the app. You can also contact Favor Support to express any concerns or issues by tapping Help in the upper right hand corner of the app (see image below). Please note that refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not guaranteed; however, Favor may grant them on a case-by-case basis.
