Why was I charged twice?

Once you place an order, we run an authorization for the estimated cost of the Favor to ensure the payment method is valid (this may appear on your statement as “Favor [Store Name]”)

This amount isn’t finalized until the order and payment are complete. It usually takes a few business days to see this reflected, but may be longer if the payment method is a prepaid card or affiliated with a virtual bank. The order total on your Favor receipt is the only amount that will be finalized on your bank statement.
