Integrated Marketing Manager, H-E-B and B2B

Full Time - Austin or San Antonio, TX

As an Integrated Marketing Manager focused on our H-E-B and B2B channels, you’ll be the singular point of contact and accountability for H-E-B and Favor merchant audiences. In partnership with the Manager, Brand and Content Strategy, you’ll support the integrated marketing quarterly planning process and partner with channel leads to align marketing channel tactics that cohesively support Favor’s message. You’ll be an integral part of integrated strategy planning while driving these plans to execution to ensure customers receive a cohesive message when they interact with the Favor brand.

What you'll do:

  • Support the formation of the integrated marketing planning strategy and manage the implementation of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring channels execute according to brand and content strategy
  • Partner closely with the Brand Strategy team to facilitate campaign brainstorms and kickoff sessions with channel leaders to align marketing tactics and opportunities and discuss dependencies and blockers
  • Facilitate meetings with a clear objective and ensure stakeholders leave the meeting with relevant and achievable action items
  • Partner with the Business Analytics team and use available tooling to obtain reporting, review campaign spending, conduct campaign performance analysis, recommend optimizations, and implement plans based on the data
  • In collaboration with H-E-B and merchant channel leads, develop positioning and messaging that differentiates the Favor brand and products in the on-demand market
  • Monitor marketing objectives and key results (OKRs) by tracking the success of campaigns and integrated strategies across channels and initiating changes as needed
  • Review campaign creative and content to verify it ladders up to integrated brand strategy and campaign objectives
  • Drive demand generation and engagement among Favor merchants’ customer base and H-E-B customers by developing a cohesive strategy that ties in with our various value propositions
  • Identify new opportunities that contribute to awareness, acquisition, and retention through H-E-B and Favor merchant audiences
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to inform integrated brand strategy
  • Collaborate with our Brand, Creative, CRM, and Media teams to develop a unified strategy for individual campaigns for H-E-B and merchant channels, including copy and visuals for emails, push notifications, and a wide range of promotional material
  • Conduct post-launch campaign analysis and recommend optimizations to upcoming campaigns
  • Continually test, develop innovative solutions, and strive to improve processes that enable Favor to achieve our goals
  • Own and plan biannual planning and strategy workshops as needed 
  • Have a keen understanding of the H-E-B customer base—and the H-E-B customer who is likely to try Favor—to ensure cohesion in Favor’s marketing strategy as it relates to offers to H-E-B customers
  • Have a keen understanding of relevant merchant customer bases and ensure cohesion in Favor’s marketing strategy as it relates to offers for merchants’ customers
  • Build, manage, and maintain Favor's points of contact with H-E-B, collaborating with H-E-B partners and providing info to H-E-B about Favor's business
  • Act as liaison to the Favor Marketing team for questions and opportunities related to marketing on H-E-B or merchant channels
  • Oversee campaign reporting (both H-E-B to Favor and Favor to H-E-B) and continually work to optimize this process

Skills you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) 
  • 4+ years of cross-functional marketing experience
  • Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns and report on results against KPIs and budget
  • Demonstrated ability to align team members toward a common goal, delegating tasks and following up on status
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute cross-functional initiatives with shifting timelines and dependencies 
  • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Meticulous and thorough with excellent attention to detail
  • Adept at using data to make appropriate decisions on trade-offs and prioritization
  • Asana experience is a plus
