Senior Marketing Operations Analyst

Full Time - Texas

As a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst at Favor Delivery, you will be instrumental in defining the trajectory of our marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal for crafting targeted audiences, implementing comprehensive reporting systems, and ensuring the high-quality execution of our sophisticated marketing campaigns. You will be our go-to expert in understanding and articulating the nuances of audience dynamics, driving the success of both current and future campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary authority on audience segmentation for marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution
  • Collaborate closely with the CRM team to refine audience specifications and understand the intricate details of each campaign's target audience
  • Build and monitor audiences for marketing campaigns
  • Deeply analyze current campaigns, identifying audience overlaps and potential saturation points
  • Provide strategic input on audience selection to optimize campaign impact and avoid audience fatigue
  • Bring external industry insights into our audience strategies by staying abreast of market trends and customer behavior to continually refine our approach
  • Develop and manage detailed, automated reporting systems
  • Create standardized dashboards and ad-hoc reports that drive business decisions, focusing on scalability and efficiency
  • Conduct thorough quality reviews of complex campaigns, particularly those involving newly created audience segments
  • Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of each campaign through meticulous analysis
  • Develop and maintain clear and informative diagrams that illustrate current campaigns and audience segments to enhancing understanding and strategy
  • Create and oversee production reports to ensure all campaigns are running as planned and reaching the intended audience

Skills You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology, or related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with a consumer data platform (CDP), preferably Twilio Segment or a similar platform
  • A strong understanding of CDP functionalities and how to leverage them for audience segmentation and campaign analysis
  • Experience in implementing, managing, and extracting insights from a CDP
  • Proven track record of success in audience segmentation and campaign reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis within a marketing context
  • Strong proficiency in developing and managing detailed reporting systems
  • Expertise in quality assurance processes, particularly in complex marketing campaign setups
  • Ability to visualize and diagram campaign flows and audience segments for clarity and strategy development
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail

Where you'll work: This role can be hybrid or remote, depending on the team member’s location in Texas. If you live in Austin, Texas, we ask that you work from home roughly three days per week and work at our HQ for the remaining work days. If you live in a different city in Texas, you will primarily work from home, with the opportunity to travel to Austin for company-wide events.
