What is Favor Premium?
Favor Premium is a membership program that offers benefits to customers who opt in to the program. Favor Premium is currently available to select customers by invitation only at this time.

What are the Favor Premium benefits?
Current Favor Premium benefits include:

  • $0 delivery fees on eligible orders, which include all merchants marked with the Favor Premium icon in the app, and where noted, orders that meet a certain minimum value.
  • Exclusive offers and promotions that will be sent via email in the form of a unique order code with specified redemption details.

Favor reserves the right to modify benefits or the program anytime with or without notice.

Will my benefits apply to all merchants and orders?
The $0 delivery fee benefit will apply to all merchants marked with the Favor Premium icon in the app. Where applicable, orders must meet the minimum value for the indicated merchant. Some merchants do not have a minimum order value requirement. 

Is there a minimum order requirement for the $0 delivery fee to apply?
On select merchants indicated in the app, a minimum value is required for an order to qualify for a $0 delivery fee, whereas some merchants have no minimum order value. 

How do I use Favor Premium benefits?
After opting into the program, your Favor Premium benefit of $0 delivery fees will apply automatically at checkout. Exclusive offers and promotions will be sent via email in the form of a unique order code that can be manually applied in the promo code field at checkout.

Will the Favor Premium benefits change?
Favor is currently testing Favor Premium with select customers and plans to introduce additional benefits soon. Favor reserves the right to modify benefits or the program anytime with or without notice.

Can I share my Favor Premium membership with someone else?
At this time, Favor Premium is by invitation only and cannot be shared with or transferred to other customers.

How do I earn Favor Premium benefits?
Favor Premium is currently offered by invitation only. Customers invited to participate in the program must opt in prior to earning benefits. Customers must make 2 completed and paid orders within a 30-day qualification period in order for benefits to begin. Progress toward benefits can be tracked in the Favor app.

Once a customer has opted in and qualifies for Favor Premium, benefits will begin automatically and will last for 30 days. During the 30-day benefit period, customers can start earning toward the next month’s benefits by continuing to place at least 2 completed and paid orders within 30 days. 

If a customer does not make 2 completed and paid orders during the 30-day qualification period, Favor Premium benefits will not be earned and a new 30-day qualification period will begin, in which 2 completed and paid orders would qualify a customer for the program.

How do I know the status of whether I’ve earned benefits for this month?
Your progress toward earning Favor Premium benefits can be seen on the homepage of the Favor app. Once Favor Premium has been earned, the $0 delivery fee on eligible orders will automatically apply.

What if I don’t earn benefits for this month?
If a customer does not make 2 completed and paid orders during the 30-day qualification period, Favor Premium benefits will not be earned and a new 30-day qualification period will begin, in which 2 completed and paid orders would qualify a customer for the program.

Do all Favors count toward my progress? Or do only orders placed with Favor Premium merchants count?
Any completed Favor will count toward your progress, regardless of the merchant’s Favor Premium status.
