Serves groups of 4-6 people. 1 lb. beef, 1 lb. chicken or 1 lb. combination, 1/2 lb. pork carnitas, 2 quail, 1 jalapeno cheese sausage and 4 mesquite grilled shrimp. Served with handmade tortillas, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, pico de gallo, jalapeno lime butter, rice and beans.
