Hearty beef soup with carrots, cabbage, zucchini, celery, and corn on the cob. Served with orange rice mixed with vegetables, limes, homemade salsa macha, and choice of bolillo bread with butter, tortillas (corn or flour), or crackers. Extra carne for an additional cost.
Caldo 7 Mares Soup
Traditional seafood soup with zucchini, carrots, celery, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Packed with shrimp, tilapia, octopus, clams, and squid. Served with sliced avocado, pico de gallo, and choice of bolillo bread with butter, tortillas (corn or flour), or crackers.

Eight mini chicken flautas drowned in a flavorful green salsa broth. Served with white rice mixed with corn, shredded cabbage, sour cream, and queso fresco.
Red Pork Pozole Soup
