A blend of grapes, pineapple, candied pecans, mandarin oranges, mixed cheese, and croutons on a bed of romaine lettuce. Topped with marinated grilled fajita chicken. We suggest a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

The Caboose's original taco salad served in a giant flour tortilla bowl. Choice of taco meat or spicy chicken served with beans, shredded lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. Jalapeños and sour cream served upon request.
