The tandoor is pit oven made from choice clays & natural binging agents. All meals, poultry & seafood are marinated overnight in a special sauce consisting of yogurt, ginger and garlic. Then are skewed & broiled over charcoal in the tandoor. Tandoor is also used to turn out a most exciting variety of breads
