2020 Tempranillo - 750mL
The 2020 Tempranillo is made with 100% Texas Tempranillo grapes. Ruby red in color, this wine has rich aromas of black cherry, cigar, black pepper and dried flowers. With flavors of cherry, fig and spices, this medium-bodied wine pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, from pasta with red sauce to grilled meat to a simple cheese and charcuterie board. 2021 Montepulciano - 750mL
This wine has medium acidity, medium tannin and moderate alcohol, resulting in a balanced wine with aromas of blackberry, plum, vanilla bean and cedar. On the palate you may notice the blackberry and plum along with baking spices and a lingering finish. Vineyard: Diamonté Doble Vineyard (TX High Plains) Food Pairing: Itialian foods of all sorts! 2022 Sangiovese - 750mL
This is a graceful and classic Sangiovese, with notes of cherry, dried herbs, and a whisper of earth. Vineyard: Six Harts Vineyard (TX High Plains) Food Pairing: This Sangiovese is excellently versitile in its food pairing ability. Try it with dishes with tomato-base sauces, like those of Italian or Texan influence. It'll pair just as nicely with lasagna as with pork ribs. 2023 Belle Mélange (White Blend) - 750mL
When we crafted our first vintage of the Belle Mélange back in 2020, we knew we had something special on our hands, but at the time, we didn't know how special. Multiple awards and so many happy glasses later, the "Belle" gets a refresh in this bright and crisp 2023 blend of the same two beloved Texas grapes - Viognier and Roussanne. This vintage presents a beautifully balanced wine with layers of white peach, citrus zest, and delicate minerality, all culminating in a smooth, lingering finish. 2023 Dry Riesling - 750mL
This 2023 WPC Dry Riesling is crafted with 100% Riesling grapes from Reddy Vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA. Though dryer than many might expect from a Riesling, it offers the familiar intense lemon and lime aromatics which are its hallmark. NV San Antonio Rosé - 750mL
This beautiful coral-colored wine is produced with a blend of two vintages of High Plains Mourvedre grapes, 2019 and 2021. The nose offers hints of herbs, strawberry and melon, while the palate presents strawberry, ripe melon and notes of candied cranberry.
