Each grilled selection is served with your choice of two side items and one type of bread.

Side item options: mashed potatoes, stuffed potato, french fries, rice and gravy, red beans and rice, chicken, and dumplings, corn on the cob, chicken and sausage gumbo, seafood gumbo, jambalaya, crawfish etoufee, cajun cabbage, green beans, black eyed peas, country greens, broccoli with cheese, coleslaw, sliced tomato, and fried okra.

Bread options: biscuit, cornbread, and hushpuppies.
