Espresso is pulled at a 1:2.5 ratio, served with a bubbling water as a pallet cleanser. House (not typically drank by itself).

Macchiato

Traditional macchiato, 3-4 oz espresso that is marked with milk.

Cortado (5 oz)

Equal parts espresso and milk, 5 oz drink.

Cappuccino (8 oz)

Traditional capp, double shot of espresso. 5-6 oz of milk. 8 oz drink (this drink comes in one size and is not extra foamy).

Latte

Double shot of espresso, 10-14 oz of milk, 12 or 16 oz drink.

Americano

12 oz = 1 double shot 16 oz = 2 double shots served over water, hot or iced.

Drip

Cold Brew

House cold brew made with either our espresso blend, Sumatra, or Rwanda.

The Adelphos

Espresso shaken over ice the adelphos way. Smooth and creamy, no milk necessary.

Pour Over

Pour overs Chemex recipe comes in 20 oz and two cups, while Origami V 60 recipe comes in a 10 oz cup. Both are served with scratch made chocolate!
