Grilled poblano pepper filled with pulled chicken seasoned with a secret mix of ingredients and Jack cheese. White confetti rice and signature ensalada tres marìas.
Pork Tips in Chile Al Chipotle
Spicy. Pork tips are slowly simmered. The spicy adobo is made with tomato and onion on an open fire.
Chile Relleno
A battered poblano pepper stuffed with Jack cheese or seasoned picadillo and cheese, drizzled in a light tomato sauce (vegan version available).
Tacos Gringos
Handmade flour tortilla lightly grilled with choice of pastor or carbón meat. Each taco has meat, cheese, grilled tomato, onion, and pineapple.

A pound of mixed chicken and beef fajitas, sausage grilled link, and a cheese chile relleno.
