Pork Tips in Chile Al Chipotle
Spicy. Pork tips are slowly simmered. The spicy adobo is made with tomato and onion on an open fire.
Chile Relleno
A battered poblano pepper stuffed with Jack cheese or seasoned picadillo and cheese, drizzled in a light tomato sauce (vegan version available).
