All platters have the choice of the following Breakfast items. Sandwiches, Omelettes, and the Breakfast Bowls have a choice of a meat: 2 pancakes, 2 waffles, or 2 French toast / 2 eggs / grits (cheese or no cheese), grilled beef steak / hash browns / 2 buttered toast / bacon / smoked chicken / smoked sausage / pulled pork.
