Each entree will be served with two injera and three vegetarian side dishes.

1. Keyi Siga
Spicy. Tender beef cubes stewed with berbere sauce then flavored with onions, garlic, and ginger root.
2. Alicha Siga
Mild. Tender beef stew, cooked to perfection with onions, garlic, ginger, and turmeric.
3. Doro Wott
Ethiopia's national dish! Exquisitely flavorful and spicy chicken slow simmered in berbere sauce and authentic Ethiopian spices. Served with hard boiled egg.
4. Kitfo
Ethiopian style steak tartar, seasoned to a flavor with a special blend of spices, spiced butter, and mit'mit'a (a hot blend of dried ground chilies), prepared traditionally uncooked or slightly seared.
5. Tibbs
Beef cubes and sauteed in kibe (Ethiopian clarified butter), and seasoned with onions, tomatoes, green and black peppers and unique traditional spices.

Spicy. Tender lamb stew slowly simmered in berbere sauce, garlic and authentic Ethiopian spices.
7. Alicha Begg Wott
Mild. Tender lamb stew slowly simmered in curried turmeric sauce, garlic, and authentic Ethiopian spices.
8. Menchet Abesh
Spicy. Finely ground beef simmered in berbere sauce, with garlic, more authentic Ethiopian spices ginger, black pepper, and even.
9. Alicha Menchet Abesh
