Our Briskets are Rubbed with my Tim's Texas 2 Step Coffee Grind Rub the slow smoked for 14 hour over Pecan wood. Our briskets minimum rest time of 4 hours before slicing.

Pork Belly Burnt Ends
We take special care of our name sake with this delicate pork belly slow smoked for 5 hours cut into cubes, tossed in my original BBQ sauce then Roasted in the oven until they are Perfectly Caramelized, they are so tender that they just melt in your mouth. Finished with our Cilantro Lime Crema and Cilantro Garnish.
BBQ Citrus Turkey Breast
Our Turkey Breast is bathed in our BBQ Citrus Wet Brine for 12 hours, Dry Citrus Rub apply in an even coat then placed in Smoker w/ Pecan wood Smoke.
Smok'd Sausage
Our Signature Sauce made with Mild Roasted Poblano Peppers and garlic and spices. Very flavorful and a Fan Favorite!
St. Louis Style Ribs
Our BBQ Citrus Rubbed St. Louis Style Pork Ribs smoked over Pecan wood for 3 1/2 hours. Then we brush on a layer of Tim's Original BBQ Sauce and BBQ Citrus Rub then back on the smoker for another hour. Then foil wrapped and placed in the hot box waiting for you to order... we then cut them, brush with one more thin layer of sauce and shake of Citrus Rub. Enjoy!!
S&F Chicken
Dried Brined with our BBQ Citrus Rub and fresh Lime Juice for 24 hours and Smoked for 2 hours over Pecan Wood. We finish in the fryer to crisp up the skin and seal in the Juices.
