Molcajete (Serves Two)
The “molcajete" is carved out of a lava rock. Our dish contains salsa Verde, and Panela cheese, topped with beef, chicken fajita, grilled shrimp, sausage, and a roasted chile. Served with black beans, rice, pico de gallo, and guacamole.
Chile Relleno
Poblano pepper stuffed with Monterrey jack cheese topped with ranchera sauce. Served with rice and beans.
