Madre's guacamole on top of butter toasted torta. Choice of meat, sautéed onions, melted Monterey Jack cheese, accompanied with julienne lettuce and diced tomato, along with a whole jalapeño toreado.

Tostada Siberia

10" dehydrated corn tortilla layered with madre's guacamole and seasoned shredded chicken breast. Topped with lettuce, tomato, and drizzled Mexican crema.
