(1) white cheese enchilada verde, and (1) beef fajita taco with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Served with pico de gallo.
El Rockdale
(1) pork tamale, (1) cheese enchilada, both covered in homemade gravy and shredded cheese. Served with (1) ground beef crispy taco.
Chalupa Plate
Two ground beef or shredded chicken chalupas. The chalupa includes a tostada topped with beans, choice of meat, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and guacamole.
Carne Guisada Plate
Delicious carne guisada is made in house with family recipe that has been in family for generations. Comes with an order of tortillas, and served with pico and guac.
Flauta Plate
(3) crispy chicken flautas served with a salad of pico de gallo, sour cream, and homemade guacamole.
Pork Chop Plate
Two pork chops served with rice, beans, guac, pico, and an order of tortillas.
Bistek Ranchero
Homemade bistek ranchero is a house favorite, made using the same family recipe for 3 generations now. Served with rice, beans, tortillas, pico, and guacamole.
El Cowboy
(1) cheese enchilada, (1) pork tamale, both covered in homemade gravy and shredded cheese. And choice of a chicken or beef fajita taco. Served with pico de gallo.
Mucho Plate
(1) cheese enchilada, (1) pork tamle, (1) ground beef crispy taco, and (1) ground beef chalupa. A great sampler plate!
