Califas Slider

Blend of chorizo and ground beef mixed together grilled to perfection then topped with Asadero cheese, guacamole, roasted green chilies and spring mix lettuce. All sliders and sandwiches served with house made French fries with either cilantro ranch or spicy ketchup, or try them the CSB way with both sauces drizzled on top and Parmesan cheese garnish.

Bad Mamma Jamma Slider

Two all-beef patties grilled to perfection topped with a fried egg and bacon jam (bacon jam is blend of caramelized onions, smoky bacon, coffee and other secret ingredients). All slider patties 4 oz. Homer Simpson Slider

A twist on CSB sliders, a grilled patty topped with a nice bacon macaroni and cheese and BBQ sauces sandwiched in between two brioche buns. All slider patties 4 oz. All sliders and sandwiches served with house made French fries with either cilantro ranch or spicy ketchup, or try them the CSB way with both sauces drizzled on top and Parmesan cheese garnish.

Bacon Bomb Slider

A mixture of diced smokey bacon and ground beef to ensure bacon flavor, it’s served with BBQ ranch, tomatoes, spring mix lettuce and pickle chips. All slider patties 4 oz. all beef patties made never frozen. All sliders and sandwiches served with house made French fries with either cilantro ranch or spicy ketchup, or try them the CSB way with both sauces drizzled on top and Parmesan cheese garnish.

Mother Clucker Slider

Chicken tenders marinated for 24hrs in pecial spicy marinade then battered in seasoned flour and deep fried to perfection topped off with pineapple coleslaw, pickles a splash of cilantro ranch and sriracha sauce all sandwiched between two buns. Serve with a side of fries.

Buffalo Fries Slider

A bed of hand cut fries topped off with shredded cheese, pieces of chicken, buffalo sauce and signature cilantro ranch.

El Jefe Slider

A mixture cream cheese, roasted jalapeños and bacon on top of a beef patty dressed with signature cilantro ranch, pickles and baby greens. 2 slides to an order with a side of hand cut fries and dipping sauces.
