Two eggs over medium served on top of a corn tortilla quesadilla topped with chorizo, beans, fresh onions, and our famous cheesy red sauce.

Two eggs cooked to order, served over fried tortilla chips that are covered in our house red sauce, sauteed onions, cheese, sour cream, and warm flour tortillas. Your choice of red or green sauce. Add chicken ($4.00).
Machaca
Two eggs scrambled with our very own slow roasted shredded beef, sauteed onions, fresh Roma tomatoes, green chile strips, topped with cheese.
Huevos Rancheros
Two eggs cooked in order served over two mini quesadillas covered in chile verde sauce and cheese served with salsa, sour cream and a warm flour tortilla.
