Tuesday - Taco Plate Lunch
Three (3) ground beef or chicken tacos. Served with rice, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese and guacamole.
Wednesday - Chile Relleno Lunch
Poblano pepper stuffed with choice of ground beef, chicken or cheese, topped with ranchero sauce. Served with lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, rice, and refried or charro beans.
Thursday - Chicken Flautas Lunch
Corn tortillas filled with fried chicken and cheese. Served with lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, rice, and refried or charro beans.
Friday – Enchiladas al Gusto Lunch
Two chicken, cheese or beef enchiladas, topped with choice of sauce. Served with lettuce, tomato, guacamole, rice and refried or charro beans.
