6 oz. Fillet served with a side of mixed veggies & rice. Garnished with pico & lemon on a bed of lettuce, served with a side of ranchero sauce.
Beef Guiso Lunch
Sliced round steak in ranchero sauce with jalapeños, onions, and potatoes. Served with a side of rice and refried beans. Choice of tortillas. Garnished with guacamole on a bed of lettuce.
Chimichanga (1) Lunch
1 piece. Deep-fried burrito filled with mixed cheese and a choice of ground beef or shredded chicken. Topped with queso sauce. Served with rice and refried beans. Garnished with tomatoes & sour cream on a bed of lettuce.
Quesadilla Lunch
Grilled quesadilla a la carte filled with cheese and choice of chicken fajita or asada. Garnished with sour cream, pico de gallo on a bed of lettuce.
Enchiladas (2) Lunch
2 enchiladas with a choice of cheese with chili sauce, beef with chili sauce, or chicken with sour cream sauce. Served with a side of rice and refried beans.
Fajitas Lunch
Choice of fajita beef or fajita chicken on a bed of grilled bell peppers and onions. Served with a side of rice and refried beans. Garnished with pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole on a bed of lettuce. Choice of tortillas.
Mexican Burrito Lunch
A la carte burrito filled with refried beans, rice, mixed cheese, lettuce, and pico de gallo. Choice of carnitas, chicken fajita, asada, barbacoa, pastor, or chorizo. Cut in half and garnished with pico on a bed of lettuce.
Extra Cheesy Burrito Lunch
A la carte large flour tortilla filled with grilled fajita chicken, mac and cheese, queso sauce, mixed cheese, French fries, and pico de gallo, garnished on a bed of lettuce and a side of queso sauce.
Taco Enchilada Meal Lunch
1 crispy beef taco and 1 cheese enchilada. Served with rice and refried beans.
