Lighter Choice Enchiladas
2 chicken enchiladas topped with sour cream sauce, mixed cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and guacamole. Served with one side of rice.
Fajita Skillet Enchiladas
A hot skillet with grilled onions and bell peppers, with a choice of chicken fajita or beef fajita. Topped with 2 cheese enchiladas covered with mixed cheese, queso sauce and sour cream.
Guacamole Enchiladas (3)
3 pieces. Enchiladas filled with guacamole and topped with sour cream sauce and mixed cheese. Garnished with tomatoes on a bed of lettuce.
Barbacoa Enchiladas (3)
3 pieces. Enchiladas stuffed with barbacoa and topped with ranchero sauce and mixed cheese. Garnished with tomatoes on a bed of lettuce.
