Stacked corn tostadas, black beans, caramelized onions, beef short rib, over-easy eggs, green salsa, fried jalapeños, honey sauce, and sour cream. Topped with finely chopped red onions, and cilantro. Available gluten-friendly upon request. (Jalapeños will not be fried with batter). Please note tostadas are fried in a fryer with items that contain gluten. (Not recommended for people with gluten allergy but may be suitable for people with gluten intolerance).

Crispy corn tostadas stacked, black beans, grilled onions & peppers, over easy eggs, and chipotle salsa, set on a bed of smashed avocado. Served with choice of two pieces of bacon or two pieces of sausage and creamy cheddar grits on the side. This item is gluten-friendly when ordered classic. Available keto. Hot Chicken Huevos Rancheros
Hot and Spicy. Corn tostadas stacked, black beans, grilled peppers & onions, 2 eggs over easy, chipotle salsa, and crispy hot chicken (when ordered classic) topped with chipotle mayo, sour cream, and cilantro microgreens on a bed of smashed avocado. Served with cheddar grits on the side. Available keto and gluten-free. Chicken will be grilled.
Vegetarian Huevos Rancheros
Two stacked corn tostadas on smashed avocado, with black beans, grilled zucchini, portobello, red peppers, onions, and over-easy eggs. Chipotle salsa on top, sour cream, avocado sliced, and cilantro microgreens. Served with creamy cheddar grits.
Vegan Ranchero
Two stacked corn tostadas on smashed avocado with black beans, quinoa, grilled zucchini, portobello, red peppers, and onions. Chipotle salsa on top, avocado slices, toffuti sour cream, and cilantro microgreens. Served with harvest potatoes and green salad.
