Single Origin Costa Rica Romelia
From the cloudy region of the palmichal rainforest comes our romelia coffee. This region, bordering the historic zone of tarrazú, is famous for its unique acidity. Manuel Rojas arias was the pioneer coffee grower in the palmichal region, located on the western slopes of the escazú mountains. Many farmers observed the success don Manuel had with coffee and began to convert their sugar plantations into coffee farms. After don Manuel’s death, he left his farms to his only sister, romelia. Thanks to her strength and perseverance, doña romelia was able to sustain the quality of her farm’s coffee. Tasting notes: dried strawberry, winey, milk chocolate, sweet. Bright acidity, creamy body.

Guatemala jasmin fancy is a blend of beautiful coffees from huehuetenango and cafes de oriente. Single Origin Kenya AA Nguvu
Nguvu is a blend of coffees from smallholder cooperatives in the murang'a district, in Kenya's central province. Murang'a is considered the traditional home of the kikuyu tribe, which currently makes up 22 percent of Kenya's population. All of Kenya's coffees are graded primarily by screen size (a measure of the size of the bean, with larger being more prized) immediately after milling. The coffees then proceed to the weekly auction at the Nairobi coffee exchange. Aa is the top grade based on screening. This unique and strongly flavored coffee offers a complex profile of citrus and blackberry. The wonderful aroma combined with nearly perfect wine like acidity makes it a favorite among more experienced coffee drinkers. Tasting notes: hints of berry, spice, tobacco, and lemonade with a creamy body and winey acidity.
