Bandeja Paisa
A combination of Colombia's cuisine on a platter. A marinated and pounded thin cut of grilled top inside round beef steak, a deliciously seasoned strip of fried crispy pork belly, homemade Colombian sausage, fried egg, white rice, home-style cooked red beans, fried sweet yellow plantain, a slice of avocado, and a white corn patty.
Bandejita Montañera
A much smaller version of the "Bandeja Paisa". A marinated and pounded thin cut of grilled top inside round beef steak, seasoned half strip of fried crispy pork belly, fried egg, white rice, home-style cooked red beans, fried sweet yellow plantain, and a slice of avocado.
Arroz con Pollo
Yellow rice, pulled chicken breast and thigh pieces, pan fried with our creole sauce, green onions, green peas, and carrots. Served with fried sweet plantain and fries.
Bistec a La Fogata
Marinated and pounded thin top round beef sauteed with chopped tomatoes and onions. Served with rice, bed beans, and fried sweet plantain.
Chuleta de Cerdo Empanizada
Marinated and pounded thin center cut pork loin breaded and deep fried. Served with rice, red beans, and fried sweet plantain.
Churrasco
Grilled USDA choice top sirloin steak. Served with chimichurri sauce, fries, rice, red beans, and fried sweet plantain.
Picada (For 2 People)
For 2 people. Grilled strips of top inside round beef steak, deep fried pork belly, Colombian sausage, deep fried breaded pork loin, 2 empanadas, fried green plantain, white corn patties, fried sweet plantain, and fries.
