Nola Shrimp & Grits
Grits smothered in a creole shrimp sauce with sautéed shrimp and minced andouille sausage.
Gullah Brunch
Catfish dusted in an organic cornmeal and lightly fried. topped with over easy, egg and a bed of "polenta" grits with minced okra, red bell pepper, and onion. Drizzled with chipotle kale aioli sauce.
Geechee Alfredo
Alfredo sauce, infused with jumbo lump crab meat, tossed pasta, sprinkled with an aged Parmesan cheese. For one is served with (1) garlic toast point. For two is served with (2) garlic toast point.
Bourbon Wings
Eight Wings per order. Choice of flavor: lemon bite, ca'gave, geechee BBQ, or Nola ranch. All Wings are made stove-top style, with wing flavorings and served with celery & carrots.
