Omelet rolled like a burrito without the tortilla. Fill it with onions, green chilies, hash browns, black beans and choice of bacon, sausage, chorizo, ham or chicken. Covered with pork green chili, jack & cheddar cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, green onions and avocado.
