Chopped lettuce, red onion, tomato, boiled egg, seasoned croutons, Cheddar Jack cheese and grilled, fried, or blackened chicken on top.
Summer Chicken Salad
Lettuce, red onion, tomato, seasoned croutons, Cheddar Jack cheese, chopped pecans, dried cranberries, avocado, and mushrooms, topped with grilled chicken breast.
Taco Salad
Served in a tortilla bowl. Ground beef or grilled chicken over a bed of lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, Cheddar Jack cheese and tomatoes. Served with a side of salsa or dressing.
Chef's Salad
Ham, turkey, smoked bacon bites, red onion, boiled egg, tomato, seasoned croutons and shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese over a bed of lettuce.
Chicken Caesar Salad
Croutons, Parmesan cheese, and grilled, fried of blackened chicken on top of a bed of chopped lettuce. Served with Caesar dressing on the side.
Strawberry Sriracha Salad
Chicken breast tossed in spicy-enough sriracha sauce. Over a bed of lettuce with mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, pecans, croutons, and strawberries.
