Stir-Fried Noodles
F1 Eastern Pad Thai
Gluten Free. Spicy. Eastern style, rice stick noodles stir-fried with meat, eggs, sweet pickled radish, small red tofu, bean sprouts and crushed peanuts in glazing, tangy, sweet sauce from simmering of shallots, tamarind, and pineapple. This is not street-styled normally found on other Thai joints where white sugar and distilled vinegar are the main ingredients. See f13 bankrupt noodle for alternatives.

F13 Street Pad Thai (Bankrupt Noodle)
Gluten Free. Spicy. Street style inspired by Mam's kicks. Spicy flavorful, egg, peanuts, small red tofu, aromatic sauce derived from simmering chopped shallots, house roasted chili, and combination of tropical fruits.

F3 Pad Sea-Ew
Vegetarian. No fish sauce. A choice of (flat rice noodle or vermicelli rice noodle) stir-fried with Chinese broccoli & egg in special mixed soy sauce.

F5 Pad Kee Mao (Drunken-noodle)
Gluten Free. Spicy. A choice of (linguine or flat rice noodle) stir-fried with mushrooms, Thai basil, Thai chili & spices. Hot & spicy.

F7 Lard Na
A choice of stir-fried (flat rice noodle or vermicelli rice noodle) with Chinese broccoli topped with thick gravy made of special mixed soy sauce.

F9 Pad Macaroni
Vegetarian. No fish sauce. Stir-fried penne with eggs, peas, & carrots, red onions, tomatoes & special homemade tomato mixed soy sauce.

F11 Guay Teaw Kua Gai
Stir-fried flat rice noodle with eggs, bean sprout, pickled radish & mixed soy sauce. Served with green leaf lettuce, topped with fried garlic & cilantro.

F12 Guay Teaw Nuer Sub
Stir-fried flat rice noodle topped with ground meat, celery, red onions, mushroom & mixed soy sauce topped with fried garlic.

F14 Pad Woon Sen
Stir-fried bean thread noodle with choice of meat, egg, sliced white onions, green onions, bell peppers, tomatoes & mixed soy sauce.

P60 Ob Woon Sen
Marinated bean thread noodle with shrimp or seafood, sliced Chinese mushrooms with Mam's mixed special sauce. Cooked with chopped bacon, ginger, & whole black pepper. Topped with cilantro & served in a hot clay pot.
