Chai Tea Latte
Oregon chai tea concentrate with a choice of milk.
Hot Chocolate
Made with dark chocolate. I extra pump of sauce per size.
Matcha Latte (Hot)
Add milk, honey and matcha to a steaming pitcher. Steam to proper temperature, add to the cup, place the lid on top and serve.
Matcha Latte (Iced)
Add 2 oz of hot water to the measuring cup, then add honey and matcha. Mix with electric whisk 12-30 seconds *always add hot water first* fill the cup with 2/3 milk and pour whisked matcha over the milk. Top cup with ice, place lid on cup and serve.
Spiced Matcha Latte
Matcha green tea latte, mixed with cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and cayenne (sweetened with honey).
Matcha Green Tea (Hot)
Add 2 oz hot water, honey and matcha to a measuring cup. *Always add hot water first* whisk 20-30 seconds, then add the mix to a double cup, top with hot water from the hot water spout of the coffee brewer. *Always double cup the hot matchas. Top with lid and serve.

London Fog (Hot)
Add v to the cup. Add 1 bag of earl grey tea to the cup and fold the paper between the two cups. (Always double cup hot London fogs). Fill the cup with 2/3 hot water from the coffee maker's hot water spout. Steam whole milk and top of the cup, place the lid on the cup and serve.
London Fog (Iced)
Add earl grey to either a screen and steeping pitcher (small) or a tea bag and pitcher and top with 4 oz of hot water. Set the timer and allow to steep for 3 minutes. Add v to the proper-sized cup. Add 1/3 whole milk to the cup. Once tea has steeped, pour over milk/vanilla top cup off with ice. *If tea bag steeping method was used, discard the tea bag* top cup with a lid and serve.
