寿司懐石. Zensai: hors d’oeuvre of chef’s selection. Sushi: salmon, shrimp, tuna, yellowtail, white meat fish, and California roll. Sashimi: tuna and salmon. Tempura: lightly battered fried shrimp and seasonal vegetables. Yakimono: choice of beef or chicken teriyaki. Sunomono: shrimp, octopus, cucumber with ponzu sauce. Soup: choice of miso, suimono, or fish soup. Dessert: oranges.
