2. Chile Con Carne
Mexican style - small strips of steak cooked with our special sauce.
3. Chile Relleno
(Chee-lays-ray-yah-no) poblano peppers stuffed with cheese and red sauce on top.
4. Order of Tortillas
Three per order - flour, corn, or wheat.
5. Chalupa
(Shal-ul-pa) corn tortilla topped with beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, tomato & guacamole.
6. Spanish Rice
Spanish rice typically includes a blend of tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers, seasoned with traditional spices and sautéed to meld the flavors together.
7. Refried Beans
Refried beans, simmered and mashed, typically include traditional spices for a creamy and rich texture.
8. Tamale
A tamale, typically consisting of a cornmeal dough filled with meats or other fillings, steamed in a corn husk.
9. Quesadilla
Quesadilla filled with choice of cheese, ground or shredded beef, chicken varieties, steak, or shrimp. Served a la carte.
10. Beef Tostada
A corn tortilla layered with seasoned ground beef, typically includes lettuce, tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cheese.
11. Flauta
(Flou-tah) corn tortilla rolled with shredded beef or chicken, topped with guacamole.
12. Burrito
One flour tortilla with beans and choice of ground beef or shredded chicken, with cheese and red sauce.
13. Taco
Taco, hard or soft shell, with beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
