Same as the gyro, only topped with a tahini sauce.

Ground beef seasoned with onions, parsley and spices. Broiled and served on a baked pita bread. With a choice of lettuce, tomatoes or onions and topped with humus.
Roasted Chicken
Chicken roasted with spices and served on a baked pita bread. With a choice of lettuce or tomatoes, and topped with a Phoenicia garlic sauce.
Muffaletta
A mixture of ham, salami, mortadella, corned beef, with Swiss and provolone cheese. Served on a baked sesame seed bun and topped with (Phoenicia's special) seasoned olive spread.
Manakish (Za'atar Bread)
A blend of thyme, olive oil, and spices, and served on a baked pita bread.
Lahm Bi-ajin (Meat Bread)
Ground beef, tomatoes, onions and spices. Baked on pita dough.
Cheese Bread
A mixture of Greek feta cheese, sesame seed and vegetable oil. Baked on pita dough.
