Chicken or beef fajita sautéed in mushrooms, corn, chipotle sauce, and Monterrey Jack cheese.
Torta al Gusto
Bread layered with beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise and protein of choice. Served with a side of papa’s fritas. Excludes lunch and dinner sides.

Pork skin fried and made to order in Polvo’s sauce.
