Diced corn tortilla mixed with egg, and pico de gallo, and topped with cheddar cheese. Served with refried beans and tortillas.

Chapala Omelet

Three scrambled eggs with, pico de gallo, topped with melted cheese, served homestyle breakfast potatoes and beans with choice of meat.

Pancake and Eggs Plate

Two large buttermilk pancakes, two eggs, sausage patty, served with butter, syrup and bacon.

Chilaquiles Don Alejo

A spicier version of chilaquiles with special house salsa and pico de gallo.
