Arranchera Asada Taco
Mexican carne asada marinated in beer and garlic spices. Topped with guacamole, pickled onions, radish, and salsa taquera on the side.
Adobada Taco
Marinated pork in adobo chile spices. Topped with salsa tomatillo, pickled onions, and grilled pineapple.
Carnitas Taco
Slow-cooked pork shoulder. Topped with pico de gallo and tomatillo salsa.
Crispy Shrimp Taco
Breaded shrimp, cabbage, pico de gallo, queso fresco, and chipotle mayo. Roasted jalapeño-lime salsa on the side.
Pollo Asado Taco
Grilled chicken thigh marinated in a lime rub, guacamole, pico de gallo, and radish.
Poblano Capeado Taco
Vegetarian. Grilled poblano pepper coated in whipped egg and fried. Topped with cabbage, pico de gallo, and queso sauce.
